Our library has been specifically designed to offer a tranquil and relaxing environment, whilst at the same time not leaving you feeling too isolated.

Sit back and relax in one of our magnificently comfortable lounges: Our outdoor lounge is warm and inviting, be it summer or winter. On chillier winter days wrap up in one of our luxurious woolen blankets, while in summer, enjoy our warm and wonderful South African weather. A perfect place to enjoy sundowners, light snacks, conversation, and style.


Our indoor lounge offers a more formal environment with intimate seating areas that allow privacy, whilst still enjoying the ambiance of the hotel around you, and everything which it has to offer.

The bar is conveniently located just off the main foyer of the hotel, allowing privacy and calm. The arresting interior has colours and finishes that are opulent and stylish, coupled with dark hues and reflective surfaces, ensure the bar is an atmospheric delight.

An open-air courtyard surrounded by indigenous trees wraps the bar for outdoor enjoyment as well as offering convenience to our smoking patrons.

Naturally on offer are the Classic Cocktails as well as our Signature Cocktails. The bar also prides itself on a superb selection of Whisk(e)y’s, Malts, International and Domestic Spirits and Liqueurs. The darling of the bar is the stunning Wine and Champagne offerings. For those who partake, we also offer an extensive Cigar range.

The bar is also open to non residents for sundowners or pre dinner drinks.
